1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver books across:
- All states of India
- Delivery to remote areas is subject to courier availability.
2. Dispatch Time
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- In case of high order volume or stock unavailability, dispatch may take 2–4 additional days. You will be informed if delays occur.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 working days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 working days
Delivery time may vary depending on courier partners, weather, strikes, or festivals.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and weight of the books.
- Free delivery may be offered during promotional periods.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a tracking ID and courier link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
- Tracking may take 24 hours to be active after dispatch.
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please provide accurate shipping details.
We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered shipments due to:
- Incorrect address
- Unavailable recipient
- Wrong phone number
In such cases:
- Re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Tampered Package
If the package appears damaged or tampered at delivery:
- Do NOT accept the parcel from the courier.
- Inform us immediately with photos/videos.
This helps us process replacement quickly.
8. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple books, they may be shipped in:
- A single package, or
- Separate packages depending on availability.
